2. Conclusion of the agreement

An agreement between Kanova and the customer is concluded as soon as the customer has placed an order via our webshop.

The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Payment terms

All payments must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. The order will be only be manufactured and/or shipped after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping costs and delivery

The shipping costs are stated for each product. If shipping costs are included in the product price, this will be clearly indicated in the product information. 

Delivery will take place within 1-7 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of withdrawal (Return policy)

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns can be reported by email: info.kanova@gmail.com.

6. Liability

Kanova is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of the products, Customers are advised to handle the products with care and keep them out of the reach of children. 

7. Warranty

Kanova does not offer anY additional warranties on the products, except for the statutory warranty that applies. This means that the product must meet the expectations that the customer may reasonably have.

8. Complaints procedure

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info.kanova@gmail.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 7 days and offer an appropriate solution.
