At Kanova we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can make use of our return policy under certain conditions. Details are provided below.

Legal Right Of Return (14 days)

Under Dutch law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions for return shipment

• The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (see exceptions).

Refund

• If the product meets the return conditions, the full purchase price (including any standard shipping costs for delivery) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
• The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Damaged or defective products

If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible by email: info.kanova@gmail.com. In this case, we will reimburse the return costs and arrange for an exchange or full refund.

Exceptions to the right of return

The legal right of return does not apply to:

• Customized products: Every Kanova product is unique and made to order. This means that customized or personalized products cannot be returned. We recommend that you think carefully before placing an order for a customized product.

How to request a return?

To request a return, please contact us by email at info.kanova@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then send you a return form with instructions for returning your product.

No cooling-off period for custom-made products

Products that are made especially for you on request, such as our unique works of art, are excluded form the legal right of withdrawal. These products cannot be returned.
